Welcome to CleanHaul. By accessing or using our junk removal services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

CleanHaul offers junk removal, debris cleanup, and disposal services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Household junk removal (furniture, appliances, general clutter)
• Office and commercial cleanouts
• Construction debris removal
• Yard waste and outdoor debris cleanup
• Specialty item pickup (mattresses, electronics, etc.)

We reserve the right to refuse any item we deem hazardous, unsafe, or beyond our capacity to transport legally.

2. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on the volume and weight of items removed. We provide free, no-obligation estimates before any work begins. The final price will be communicated and agreed upon prior to removal.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
• Any additional items added after the estimate may result in a revised price.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide clear access to the items being removed.
• Identify any hazardous materials before our arrival.
• Be present (or have a representative present) during the removal.
• Ensure that all items intended for removal are clearly indicated.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. Late cancellations may be subject to a $50 fee.

5. Liability and Damages

CleanHaul is fully licensed and insured. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damages, scratches, or dents in walls, floors, or doorways.
• Items left behind that were not clearly marked for removal.
• Damage caused by items that were improperly packed or unstable.

We will, however, work with you to resolve any issues that arise during our service.

6. Disposal and Environmental Policy

We strive to recycle or donate up to 60% of the items we collect. Items that cannot be reused are disposed of in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Hazardous waste (paint, chemicals, oil, etc.) will not be collected unless special arrangements are made.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during booking or service is used solely for scheduling, communication, and billing purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the CleanHaul website, including logos, text, images, and design, is the property of CleanHaul and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
